Drum roller bearings are single row self-aligning roller bearings that include a solid outer ring with concave raceways, a solid inner ring with two retaining rings and a cylindrical or tapered hole, and drum rollers with retainers. The bearings are non removable.
Drum roller bearings are particularly suitable for situations where high radial impact loads occur and misalignment must be compensated for; Refer to the section on angle misalignment compensation, the axial bearing capacity is low.
