The idler unit is a belt drive and idler tensioning system.

This ready to use unit consists of a belt pulley and deep groove ball bearings riveted together from two deep drawn steel plates. Larger diameter pulleys need to be welded together separately. The chamfer on the contour of the pulley can prevent damage to the belt. Due to its steel plate structure, the additional rotational mass and unbalanced mass are relatively low.

Type A is suitable for V-belts, Type B is suitable for flat belts, V-belts, and round belts, and Type D is suitable for round belts, steel wire ropes, and hemp ropes.
