Cross roller bearings are bearings used for high-precision applications, and their dimensions comply with ISO standards. Size series 18 complies with standard DIN616. It consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, rolling elements, and plastic spacers. The outer ring is split and fixed by three fastening rings.

The cylindrical rollers are arranged in an X-shape and can withstand bidirectional axial forces as well as radial forces, overturning moments, and combined loads. Therefore, the design of two bearing positions can be simplified to a single bearing position. Cross roller bearings have high rigidity, high operating accuracy, and are equipped with standard clearance, low clearance, or preloading.
